Step 1: Assembly Preparation Remove all contents from box. Reference the parts list to make sure you have all the parts. NOTE Place a cover on the floor to prevent any damage to surface of the cart. Step 2: Attaching Casters Using two people, tip the cart so it is laying drawer side up. Align holes in locking and non-locking casters with matching holes in the bottom tray as shown in figure 2. Attach using M8 x 16 Hex bolts, lock washers and flat washers from caster bolt kit and tighten. Ensure that both locking casters are on same end of the cart. We suggest same side as handle. 3. 3. Step 3: Attaching the Handle Insert the posts on the left and right push handle brackets into the ends of the push handle. Align the mounting holes of the handle brackets with the holes in the side of the cart. Attach the handle brackets using M8 x 17 carriage bolts, flat washers and locking nuts. Paso 1: Preparación para el ensamblado Extraiga todo el contenido de la caja. Consulte la lista de partes para asegurarse que cuente con todas las piezas. NOTA Coloque una tapa en el piso para prevenir cualquier daño a la superficie del carrito. Paso 2: Sujetando las ruedecillas Con la ayuda de dos personas, voltee el carrito con el fin de que esté colocado con los cajones boca arriba. Alinee los agujeros en las ruedecillas de seguridad y las ruedecillas no bloqueadas, con los agujeros emparejados en la charola inferior, según se ilustra en la figura 2. Sujételo usando los pernos hexagonales M8 x 16 , las arandelas de seguridad y las arandelas planas del conjunto de pernos para las ruedecillas y apriételos. 3. 3. Asegúrese que las ruedecillas de seguridad estén del mismo extremo del carrito. Se sugiere que estén del mismo lado que el tirador. Paso 3: Sujetando el tirador Inserte los postes en los soportes de los tiradores de empuje en los extremos del tirador de empuje. Alinee los agujeros de montaje de los soportes del tirador con los agujeros en el lateral del carrito. Sujete los soportes del tirador, usando los pernos de cabeza de hongo M8 x 17, las arandelas planas y las tuercas de seguridad. 4. Apriete todas las tuercas de seguridad.
