Currently, non-RHC devices do not meet all of the various CHE security requirements and such are considered as un-trusted workstations. They will only receive published applications via Citrix. A corporate owned asset supplied by the RHC will get full VPN connectivity and their published applications via Citrix. Requirements Recommended System and Software Requirements to connect to CHE Portal https://remote.che.org: ? Citrix Access Gateway Plug-in is client software for Windows XP , Windows Vista (32-bit & 64-bit) & Windows-7 (32-bit & 64-bit) with all service packs and critical updates installed ? Internet Explorer 7 and above ? Internet access with DSL, Broadband or cable modem To install Access Gateway Plug-in, users must be a local administrator or a member of the Administrators group.
